My intention is to create a compassionate, curious, and collaborative space for my clients to receive emotional, mental and spiritual support. Together, we can holistically acknowledge core roots of pain and consciously move towards shifting old cycles that no longer serve your highest self. My passion is to remind clients of their innate wisdom and with humility, empower you to be the narrator of your life. I commit to encourage and challenge you to liberate your authentic voice and remember your birthright to joy. I understand each person is a unique being and pride myself on individualizing care to meet your present needs.

My professional training includes working with diverse populations in individual, couple, group, and team settings. I gravitate towards an integrative, holistic therapeutic approach and have other offerings that include NeuroNutrient therapy, E.F.T Tapping, deep relaxation meditation and more.
